What services do you offer for home cleaning?We currently offer a Standard Home Clean, a Deep Home Clean, Move In / Move Out Clean, and an End of Tenancy Clean. Please keep your eyes peeled to our site as we will be adding to these in the future.

Do you provide cleaning supplies or do I need to provide them?Your cleaner will typically use public transportation, so it's important to have a vacuum and mop and bucket available at the property for them. If you have a cordless vacuum, please ensure that it's fully charged before their arrival. For optimal results, it's recommended that you provide cleaning cloths and sprays such as: Multi-surface disinfectant Limescale remover Kitchen cleaner Bathroom cleaner Floor cleaner Glass cleaner Toilet cleaner Rubber gloves Clean sponges and cloths (microfiber cloths are preferred) that are washed between visits For specialist surface cleaners such as chrome, granite or wood cleaner, you will need to provide these yourself, even if you've booked for your cleaner to bring cleaning products. You may use any brands you prefer. Can my cleaner provide cleaning products? Yes, if you prefer, you can request that your cleaner brings cleaning products and sprays by noting on your booking form.

Can you accommodate special requests or specific cleaning tasks?In general nothing is too much for our customers. Our service is our contract, and we want you delighted when we leave your home. As long as we are informed in advance, we can let our cleaners know what is required, and quote appropriately for it.

How do I schedule a cleaning appointment?You can use our booking form on the home page, send a request via our contact us page, or call in to one of our super helpful office staff.

What are your hours of operation?Frozen Lemon is open for cleans from a 07:00-07:30 arrival time in the morning, through to a 19:00-20:00 arrival time in the evening. When you book in, we'll show you options based on the availability of our cleaners in your local area. So you might not always see every arrival time free. Whichever time you pick, we'll match you with the best local cleaner who is available. Need a hand with your booking? Our responsive support team are available Monday-Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, and on weekends from 08:00 to 17:00.

How do you determine the cost of a cleaning session?Prices are determined for each of our main services. They are calculated depending on number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and overall living space of the property. The last point helps us determine the sizes of kitchens and living spaces.

What is your cancellation policy?By using our service/s you agree to the following terms and conditions. You can cancel the service you have booked at any time and the following charges will occur depending on when you cancel the booking. The following terms will apply to all our services currently provided by our company which include Cleaning. A: You can cancel your booking for free of charge if you allow 72 hours before the starting of the job. B: You will be charged 30% of the total value of the job if you cancel the service within 48-24 hours before the starting of the job. C: If you cancel the job within 24-10 hours before the starting of the job, you will be charged 50% the total value of the job. D: If you cancel the job less than 10 hours before the starting of the job you will be charged the total value of the job. Methods of cancelation: You can cancel your booking via your online booking portal or by calling our office, emailing or through the live chat during our working hours. We require 24-hour notice to reschedule a booking. For amendments/ cancellations in less than 24 hours there is 25% fee payable Parking, ULEZ , Congestion are not include in the quote. If you reschedule your cleaning appointment less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, we will charge you a £25 cancellation fee. Rescheduling your service at least 2 days in advance of the appointment, will incur no charges. We reserve the right to refuse any cleaning job if the condition of the property is hazardous to the health and well being of our operatives. If we are not made aware of this before arrival and we are unable to carry out the work as a result, the Customer will be charged a 100 GBP non-refundable fee. The cleaning company has the right to cancel or reschedule a service in cases where an accident or any unexpected circumstances have befallen the assigned cleaning team. The Customer is liable for any mistakes they make regarding incorrect bookings. If a booking dates is incorrect, and the cleaners are turned away a £65 fee will be paid by the Customer. The Customer can reschedule or cancel the appointment over the phone, using the online booking portal if the booking has been made online, on our live chat by speaking to one of our customer services or by emailing us.

Do you have insurance and are your employees background checked?Yes we hold Public Liability Insurance to the value of £1,000,000. Our cleaners undergo a thorough 8-step screening process, consisting of an in-person or video interview and background checks, including verification of ID, address, and a basic criminal record check. Subsequently, we gather reviews and feedback after every clean to ensure Frozen Lemons cleaners maintain a 5-star standard.
